These paintings were presented in a 2-part show at AM Richard Gallery, an intimate space converted from a tenement apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The paintings were made with the domestic scale in mind and I played with their effect on the space of the rooms (and vice versa). I wanted the viewer to be aware of their own motion through the rooms of the gallery as a measure of space and time in a narrative of looking, prompted by the paintings.
